Of course, the nannystatists overseers of San Francisco KNEW that state law trumped their little ordinance from the start so the money they just wasted fighting this appeal could have gone to so many other more useful needs were it not for their Cranial Inversion with regard to an individuals right to possess and carry a firearm.
