    on what grounds? the photos? I havent looked at them in awhile though I dont remember anything that was pornographic to me ~ then again I am openminded.

      u should be able to switch it back to public or mod and then see it flags start to fly.

      i but this in the description of one of my trites:
      This tribe is a community of like minded people, devoted to discussions of an adult nature. Those who are not chronologically or mentally adults will not be happy or welcome here. As adults, we set our own Community Standards for our content. All like-minded persons are welcome, but if this doesn't seem to be something you can affirm, we politely request that you go on your way.

          Perhaps because our tribe has "bad words" in the name eg "filthy bitches". I'm still not clear whether the TOU includes the written word as well.

          Seems like we've entered a twilight zone like time in which post 9-11 we regressed 50-60 years. Here we are having the Monkey Trials #2, and getting all upset about seeing exposed parts of the human anatomy (Janet Jackon's breast). Next thing you know, we'll be "obscene" by exposing a female ankle (that was "porn" once upon a time), and they'll be enforcing the laws still on the books from the 1600's in which saying "hell" in public earns one a hole burned through the tongue.

        a US district judge ruled wednesday that 2257 regulations are unenforceable -- specifically exempting sites such as Tribe.net.

        I repeat, this law DOES NOT affect Tribe. do not let Tribe use it as a smokescreen to make you think otherwise. shame on the Tribe people behind this, each and all. they jumped on the bandwagon *before anyone was even prosecuted or issued formal violations of 2257* -- they saw it out there and used it as a convenient way to clean up their image.

        they can all eat crow now, because it's not going to be a law (except for *primary* producers of porn, meaning the people who have direct contact with naked, fucking performers):
