It's a little dated, but I came across it in my Maxim machine gun search and found it fun. Writer Michele Handleman visits the Hiram Maxim Northeast Military Shoot and Expo, and gets off big time firing machine guns and a flamethrower.

Sat, July 17, 2004 - 2:36 PMSo we need to do some research as to Califorina law reguarding such, have been to several military vehical shows, which are usually (although be it unspoken) accompanied by such ( guns that is), a venue ( I think I can provide), and I'm sure a small host of other, yet to surface logistics... input?
