We should have a FBGC cupcake party with all the Barbie colors represented... get ourselves some nice weaponry, and make our own!

As well, Sandra Dee died today. We could have the cupcake party in honor of her... build some bouffant cartridges, and decorate the stocks with gold lamé... {sigh}

I think you can get a fixed magazine AR-15 type rifle legally here in California, you'd have to load it with stripper clips and ten rounds would be the maximum available capacity...

The AR-15 is super easy to paint. The reciever is a dull finished painted or anodized aluminum (depending on who made it) and they take paint quite well. There is little you'd need to do besides de-grease and clean the outside of everything first, then use Krylon or epoxy paint or enamel or any automotive type spray can paint.

Wouldn't be cheap, but it'd be fun.

I used to run my .45s in combat action type shooting competition. For the most part, the folks who are in that crowd are a little off the deep end of the armageddon fantasy scene.
One morning I was walking the course between heats and bumped into this fucking cool old winnebego couple. They had matching PINK(!!!) .45 autos.
They were sooo fun. The three of us ended up goofing off together for the rest of the day during competition. They were in their 70's but they were fast. Really good shooting outta both of them.
And their guns were pink.

You should go get your little .223 and some Krylon.
